Goheung Goheung County South Jeolla Province South Korea Yeonhongdo
Goheung Yeonhongdo, Yeonhong Island, is known as a museum without a roof as the whole island is full many works of art. It is possible to walk around the island, at a leisurely pace, in about 2 hours.

Walking through the alleys one finds murals and sculptures everywhere. Found along the coastal road is a folk art museum, on the west side, that used to be the old primary school. Young artists work in nearby workshops and exhibit their works of art here. The museum also has a small cafe inside the old school.

Yeonhongdo has an area of 0.55km²/0.2mi² with a shoreline of 4km/2.5mi, located 1km/0.6mi to the west Geogeumdo.

Many of the residents are involved in agriculture and aquaculture. The main agricultural products are barley, beans, onions, and garlic. Octopus, anchovies, and noraemi (a type of seaweed) are harvested offshore.
